Mindfulness Courses in Leeds

We are pleased to be offering half-day workshops in the subject of Mindfulness.  
Mindfulness is a popular technique that is beneficial for most people, whether looking to reduce stress, help reduce feelings of anxiety or simply looking to increase satisfaction in everyday activities. 

Mindfulness involves some very simple techniques that can be easily adopted and integrated in your day.  Our 'Begin Mindfulness' half-day workshop focuses on the following:

– Exporing what we mean by mindfulness

– Recognising the difference between the 'doing' and the 'being' mindset

– Experiencing mindfulness during the session

– Mindfulness techniques – simple exercises to increase our capacity for being mindful throughout our day

The workshop is run in a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion. Participants are provided with handouts to support the course and a CD with three key techniques/meditations for ongoing practice.  

Our workshops are held in Saltaire, just a short distance from Leeds and Bradford, in a lovely World Heritage Village.  Dates are available throughout the year.
