Training Courses and Workshops

Courses can be designed and delivered in-house.  Lauren has over years experience of designing and delivering courses and also lectures on the MBA and other postgraduate and undergraduate programmes at Bradford University School of Management.

Development Programmes

Individual and team development programmes apply a combination of principles from coaching and MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator – personality trait profiling) to achieve improvements and include work on improving self-awareness, changing attitude towards learning, and reflective practice (lessons learned).  

Occupational psychometrics, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and Step II and diagnostics such as Honey and Mumford's LSQ and Belbin's Team Roles Assessment are also used.

Such development programmes are very effective for supporting or driving a period of change, or for individuals looking to understand their management and leadership styles more fully from different perspectives with a view to increasing their effectiveness in terms of working with others, managing workloads and the role of emotion and intuition at work. 

Psychometric testing and personality profiling 

With expertise and qualifications in the application of a range of psychometric instruments including MBTI Step I and II, OPQ32, Talent Q Dimensions and the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) we offer individual or group assessment and feedback services.  This can be used as part of a wider development programme provided by us, however we also provide this service to organisations and professional coaches for use in their own independent programmes.  

Away-days and well-being events

With a background in HR and business we recognise the importance of well-being at work and understand that is really isn't as simple as talking the talk – organisations have to walk the walk and demonstrate to their employees the degree to which they take responsibilty to promote and encourage a culture of health from a physical, emotional and psychological perspective. 
Consultancy Services
Our expertise also extends to the development of organisational policy in the area of workplace wellbeing. We can work alongside a management team to create bespoke solutions to ensure the ongoing wellbeing of employees, including the setting up and training of a wellbeing team of 'champions' to support employees across a business.
