Myers Briggs Profiling

'By defining personality type, the MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) tool builds a robust foundation for life-long personal development. It provides a constructive, flexible and liberating framework for understanding individual differences and strengths.' (OPP, 2018)

Our personality shapes the way we prefer to communicate, interpret information, make decisions and approach our lives.  Understanding our innate personality type can be not just be hugely enlightening, but also enables us to better appreciate the way we are at our best and how we can capitalise on this understanding to be happier, healthier and more successful in our personal and professional lives.  Understanding our personality also helps us recognise situations that are more challenging and stressful for us, and can lead to solutions that work with, not against, our own strengths.

After completing the MBTI® questionnaire online through OPP, an appointment of 90 minutes allows time to fully intepret the results and explore some critical aspects of your personality type.  A report is provided.

Following this intial stage, a further session of an hour is usually recommended to develop this further and considering the impact of this on personal and/or professional relationships and situations.

Appointments are available at our premises in Saltaire and Ilkley.
