Just at the gateway to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, Yorkshire Therapy offers a relaxed, comfortable environment in which to learn and develop Reiki.
Training courses, programmes and workshops take place regularly at Craven Clinic in Skipton which around 30 minutes from Bradford centre by road networks or regular trains from Bradford Forster Square.
Lauren Seward has been working with Reiki energy for around 10 years and is committed and passionate about the benefits and transformations Reiki can bring. Reiki is taught at all levels, from an Introduction workshop to full Reiki Master Teacher programme that include the provision for students to attend the Reiki Level 1 and 2 courses to shadow our own teaching.

Monthy Reiki Share Meetings are also held in Skipton for people trained at Level 1 or above. These meetings provide a lovely and supportive opportunity to practice, meditate, share ideas and give and receive Reiki. Read more
