Reiki shares are becoming a popular way of maintaining your practice and gaining support from a Reiki master and teacher and other Reiki practitioners.
The Yorkshire Therapy Company runs a monthly Reiki share group in Skipton, North Yorkshire that is open to anyone who has completed a course that included Reiki First Degree attunements and/or empowerments.
These Reiki share groups can be attended on a regular basis or just now and again, you will always be welcome. The Reiki shares being with the Hatsurei Ho breathing meditations and is followed by a relaxed, open discussion to raise thoughts and ideas, or ask any questions about Reiki practice. A group distant healing meditation then follows, and during this Lauren provides everyone with a Reiki 'Reiju' empowerment to support energy and connection.
The Reiki share ends with around an hour of Reiki treatments provided to everyone by everyone – a wonderful and powerful Reiki experience that results in a sense of relaxation and peace.
The Reiki shares run on the second Tuesday each month from 7.00pm to 9.30pm in Skipton and each session is £8 to attend.
